How should I sit correctly when I canter?
I need help with how to sit when I canter!

Hi! It is easy for the body to tense up while you find your balance in a new movement. Before the canter, make sure your legs are really relaxed. To follow the canter softly, your hips need to give, that is, where the thigh bone meets the pelvis. Keep your upper body long and tall, reaching upwards. If you start to lean back and push your heels down hard, you may feel more balanced, but it then becomes harder to influence the horse. Dare to let it feel a little unbalanced and focus on staying relaxed. Good luck!
