These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HayHay website (the “Site”), operated by Interactivist AB. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Interactivist AB.

2. Description of Service

HayHay is an equestrian content website that provides articles, guides, expert advice, and related educational material focused on horse care, training, and equestrian best practices. The content on the Site is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary, training, or other qualified advice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, articles, images, graphics, logos, and the HayHay name, is the property of Interactivist AB or its content contributors and is protected by Swedish and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires prior written permission from Interactivist AB.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. Specific prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Interactivist AB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
