Chair seat - how do I get rid of it?
I have a chair seat and I'd really like to get rid of it. Can you help me with some tips and that?

A chair seat often comes down to your weight sitting in the wrong place, with you tipping behind the movement. Several things can cause this. It usually helps to practise the two-point and three-point seat, starting in walk to begin with. Give it plenty of time. To come up into a light seat, you need to get your foot underneath your hip, which is exactly where you want it to sit. 😊
