Getting my lower legs back

How do you get your lower legs back? I have a lot of trouble with my lower legs sliding forward a lot when I ride, how could I improve that? Or at least get them back a bit? 😇

Hello! Your leg position depends on several things. The saddle and the position of the stirrup bar can be one factor, and the position of your pelvis in the saddle can be another.

What you can try is to drop your stirrups and let your legs hang straight down from the hip, picturing your thigh (the upper leg) hanging more vertically. Imagine sitting in the saddle as though you were standing on the ground with your knees softly bent. 🙂
