I lean inwards on the turns

I lean inwards on the turns 😭 I need tips on how to stop leaning inwards on the turns, especially in canter ❤️
Answers from HayHay's experts

Leaning inwards usually comes from collapsing through the waist on the inside, which drops your weight onto the outside seat bone. One trick is to think of pressing into the outside stirrup to straighten yourself up, and to keep dropping the outside shoulder throughout. It is far easier to focus on cues for what you SHOULD do than on what you should not do.

Good luck 💫
