Trouble with my posture
Does anyone have any good tips for posture? I have a bit of trouble keeping my shoulders back and down when I ride. Do you have any helpful tips?

My biggest tip is to work on strengthening the back of your body! We often neglect the back and become front-dominant, because we do everything in front of us. Strength work at home with resistance bands and your own body weight works brilliantly 💫
