Sitting to a bouncy trot

I have a lot of trouble sitting to the trot, I ride a horse with a really bouncy trot, I'm going to start doing a bit of dressage competition soon so I really need help ๐Ÿ˜…

Remember that your hips need to go with the horse's movement. Focus too on not gripping on with your legs, which often makes you bounce more, even though it can feel as though it holds you on better. You find that softness once you can relax your legs and find your balance right over the centre of the horse ๐Ÿ˜Š
