Liking one horse more than the other
If you've got 2 horses, a gelding and a mare, and you like the mare more, what do you do then?

Honestly, I do not see anything wrong with that. As long as you look after both of them equally well and make sure they are happy, there is nothing odd about feeling more for one horse than the other. Once you accept it, the two do not have to be in conflict. You can care for each of them in different ways, for their different qualities 😊
