New horse, the first few days

I'm soon getting my new horse home, she's a youngster, turning 5 this year. The first few days when she comes home to the new yard, which is about 2 hours from her old one, should you hold off on riding? For how long? What should you do instead? 🤍 Grateful for any tips! 🙏
