Anyone got some good tips on fitness training for riders?

As a general rule, it helps to have good base fitness and to train overall strength across the whole body. Beyond that, it is worth focusing on core work and coordination. There are plenty of tips on YouTube if you want specific exercises 😊 I also find yoga effective, because it builds your suppleness.
