Training yourself without a gym
Training yourself. What are your best exercises for getting stronger? 🥰 Any tips on motivation? I feel like I need to build my strength to give my pony the best foundation, but I don't have time for the gym since I study a lot. I usually try to fit in a run, but my motivation runs out 🙈 How do you train? ❤️

Motivation is often tricky, because it is responsive. In other words, you get motivation from doing. So try to lower the bar and ask yourself which kind of training you can realistically get done. If running feels too much of a slog, how about picking up some resistance bands and a pilates ball and training with your own body weight as resistance at home?
Another thing that can boost motivation is training with a friend. One session a week adds up to around 50 over a year, and that is a lovely target to aim for, rather than trying to fit in several sessions a week to begin with 🙏🏻 Best of luck!
