Which hard feed suits a slightly round horse as a reward?

Which hard feed would you give if you have a horse that's a bit round? I want to give a little as a reward after riding and to get some minerals into her, but she also struggles a bit with being round (pot-bellied, a little fat at the tail head).

Slices of carrot might be an option. Carrot is mostly water, so the energy content of a few slices is fairly low. The horse needs minerals every day. To know which mineral feed suits her, you need the forage analysis and to know what other feed she is getting. Once you know which mineral feed is right, you can use that as a reward.
