Leg bandages, which way round?

There are a few different types of bandage, for example exercise bandages used for riding, or stable bandages. 😃

The important thing is always to wrap "from the outside and back", and not to pull the bandage tight over the tendons at the back of the leg but over the front instead. Always use padding underneath and never pull tight.
