Building your self-esteem in riding
Does anyone know how to build up your self-esteem in riding? It feels like I'm not learning anything at the riding school and like it always goes badly. I almost never have a good feeling about it anymore.

It can of course help to try switching group or something similar, but sometimes we need to train ourselves to redirect our focus when we fall into patterns of negative feelings. When you feel low, you often think negative thoughts, and dwelling on them can lead to patterns where it turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy. Often you need to break that by letting the feelings and thoughts be there, while keeping your focus on what you want to do and want to happen. ☀️🧠💞
