Riding better through video analysis
Riding better? When I watch videos of myself riding I do certain things really sloppily, it bothers me loads, but I don't think about it when I'm actually riding and I don't know what to do.

Sometimes we are very good at spotting our own faults. When you watch your videos, try to notice what you do well too, and keep building on it. From the things you want to improve, pick ONE to focus on over a couple of weeks. Then film again and watch how it develops. This is a healthy, concrete way to work on it, otherwise it is easy to end up putting yourself down instead. 😊
