Building up my confidence
I need help building up my confidence. I don't really know why, but I feel rubbish these days. I find things fun but feel like I'm just riding worse and worse. How do you build up your confidence?

Most of us have moments when our confidence wavers. Confidence is essentially about trusting our own ability, feeling that we can and we dare, and being able to see what we do well.
Our thoughts often fall into patterns, and we tend to think similar things every day. You could say it becomes a bit like worn ruts in the brain. Often we need to do something concrete to wear in new paths of thought. Many people find it helps to write down a few things they did well each day, and that is often a good first step to try.
